Crunch and Geary are automatically unlocked if they haven't been already. The free "Beenox Pack" automatically adds new Beenox-themed skins for Crash, Cortex, Crunch and Geary, as well as a new Kart Body, Paint Job, Sticker and Wheels. Due to the removal of the Grand Prix system, all Nitro Point buffs have been removed from the cosmetics.
Breaking them all will unlock the Iron Checkpoint Crate as a playable character (yes, really). Beenox Crates have been added to find in every track in the game. A new "Fixed" Rilla Roo has been made available that makes adjustments to his mouth so he appears similar to his appearance in Crash Bash. Beating them all in a head-to-head will unlock the Master Wheels. Beenox Ghost Times have been added to every track in the game. Ghost Hunt from the Spooky Grand Prix returns to Nina's Nightmare.
Space Cup: Drive-Thru Danger, Hyper Spaceway, Oxide Station and Electron Avenue. Desert Cup: Megamix Mania, Out of Time, Twilight Tour and Dingo Canyon. All cosmetics from the Neon Circus Grand Prix have been added to the core Pit Stop stock. Gasmoxia Grand Prix content added, including the new Drive-Thru Danger track and many new cosmetics added to the Pit Stop store. The Scrapbook has now been expanded to 117 items, covering everything up until this very patch. CTR Radio has been uploaded You can now listen to the music for each track in the game via the Options Menu when you're not racing.
Crash now holds his Game Awards statue at the title screen (pictured below), to reflect Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled winning Best Sports/Racing Game at The Game Awards 2019. The podium confetti has been replaced once again, this time with star-like particles. Oxide and Velo Decals have also been added for the Champion body, each unlocked by beating all of their Time Trial ghosts. This will also unlock the Back N.
As well, the Hieroglyph 1 and 2 stickers have been renamed to Scarab and Ankh. The Hieroglyph, Cortex Pharaoh and Wings stickers are available in the Twilight Tour sticker pack. Several Nitro Tour Grand Prix cosmetics have been altered / made available: All cosmetics from the Spooky Grand Prix have been added to the core Pit Stop stock. Chick and Stew also have Rustland skins that can be unlocked by winning 40 races as each.
Crash Team Racing Offline Arcade Track
The Random Track option added to the Online Party Mode in the Spooky Grand Prix has now been added to the Offline Arcade track select. The order of several Nitro Tour Flags of the World paint jobs have been shuffled again. The Liz Violet and Ami Green paint jobs have had their Decal and Engine colours lightened from black to grey. All Flags of the World stickers have been unlocked for all players at no cost. Tawna is available in the Tawna Portrait sticker pack.

All podiums have their confetti replaced with snowflakes, to fit the Winter Festival theme. It includes Spyro Circuit, Nina's Nightmare, Koala Carnival and Gingerbread Joyride. The new Bonus Cup has been added to the Cup list.
Tropy will no longer no longer have post-race dialogue on a non-CTR track about unlocking him if you've already done that. The Wumpa Coin rewards in Ring Rally have been adjusted. The Warp Orb Power-Up now moves much faster, helpful for hitting racers far away from the person throwing it or on long tracks. Certain track-specific online challenges, such as the infamous "Passive Rider", have either been removed or adjusted to be less frustrating. Stickers will now correctly add +5% Nitro Points if they are marked with that buff.
Decal Packs have been added that allow you to buy all the Decals for a specific kart (except the one in the Kart Bundle). Customization items have been given an overhaul regarding which give Nitro Point buffs, encouraging players to use Neon Circus-related items. The Dino Pack has also been added that finally allows players to buy the Fake Ptero and Fake Triceratops Stickers that were supposed to be available during the Back N. Time Grand Prix cosmetics have been added to the core Pit Stop stock. Neon Circus Grand Prix content added, including the Koala Carnival track and many new (and some returning) items added to the Pit Stop store.
Once all five are found, you can unlock the King Chicken character by driving up to the wall opposite the Tiger Temple Warp Pad in The Lost Ruins hub. Adventure Mode hubs now have Golden Egg collectibles. The new Ring Rally mode has been added to Local Arcade, challenging players to drive through rings that shrink after every lap to earn points and add time to the clock.
The Pit Stop will now prioritize Skins and Decals for Characters and Kart Bodies the player already owns. Bundles will now automatically display the reduced price on the main Pit Stop menu, if the player already owns some of the items in them. The price will adjust based on the items you missed.
The Spyro & Friends Decal for the Champion Kart has now been awarded to eligible winners. Time, Spyro and Friends, Spooky and Neon Circus). The Scrapbook has been updated with concept art from the first five Grand Prixs (Nitro Tour, Back N. Many "unmarked" or otherwise minor shortcuts, such as the ones through the dirt and grass in Roo's Tubes and Coco Park, are now recognised by the various Nitro Point Challenges that involve taking a shortcut.
Switch Only: Nina's Nightmare and Android Alley no longer share the same leaderboard. Due to the Nitro Fill-Up feature not working after the Spyro & Friends Grand Prix, missed items that you didn't earn will be displayed in the Pit Stop for the remainder for the Spooky Grand Prix. Trance skin has finally been added to the core Pit Stop stock as an individual item. The Pit Stop now prioritizes Spooky Grand Prix items again. Lap Skip exploits in Nina's Nightmare have been fixed.

Beginner is "now Turn", Intermediate A is "Balanced", Intermediate B is "Acceleration", and Advanced is "Speed". To reflect the change, several Driving Styles have been renamed. Driving Styles:* Character Classes have been reworked as Driving Styles, which can be selected independently from the character you use.
Because of the addition of Driving Styles, the Special Karts menu has been moved to within the Karts customization menu. This is the style used when playing the Adventure Mode under the Classic setting. The sixth Driving Style is "Classic", which defaults to your character's original Driving Style. It has 6 Speed, 2 Accel and 3 Turn, a slight compromise on the Speed style for better Turning.
